Start Your Own Block Party!
One of our favorite Summertime Chi pastimes are neighborhood block parties. It’s not hard! Grab a couple of other neighbors on your block, get some signatures from other neighbors, and apply for the permit. Block parties are a great way to meet your immediate neighbors and enjoy summer.
To throw your own block party, get a block party form from your ward office, then collect signatures from your block. You can reach out to the Avondale Neighborhood Association if you need any assistance!
